Mission Statement

In the context of promoting the health and well-being of East Hawaii, we understand that innovations in health care demand changes in the way that work is performed. Our aim is to completely reinvent the traditional family doctor’s office and provide innovative methods for enhancing relationship, service, and reliability.

You will notice a difference the first time you contact our office. There will be minimal to no waits in the waiting room or trouble contacting one of our doctors. We will utilize new technologies and practices such as electronic health records, the internet, email, and group visits to enhance patient care.

We strive to be at the cutting-edge of patient care and constantly adapting within the context of a “medical home”, creating an environment that is comforting and healing to patients and visitors.

	Ohana The Hawaiian word for family is at the core of what we believe at Hawaii Family Health. We strive to be a medical ohana for our patients and also a larger ohana for our employees and the community in which we live and work. We provide a work environment that allows employees to enjoy time outside of work with family, friends, travel, or other activities that makes life truly enjoyable.
	Innovation We will always be searching for and implementing new ideas and models to enhance the care and service that we provide and adapting to what our patients’ desire and request.
	Vision We started Hawaii Family Health with a singular vision. Not only to provide the utmost care for our patients, but to provide a 21st century model of wellness for the whole family that others will look at and desire to emulate throughout the state of Hawaii and beyond.
